We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023, at the age of 83, Frank J DeLuca Jr. of East Hampton, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J DeLuca and Anna DeLuca (Fazzino). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Scott (German) of Atlanta, GA and Kevin of East Hampton, CT; and his brothers, Richard of Colchester, CT and Ronald (Carol). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family members.
The family wants to thank the many people with Middlesex Hospice Program who guided him on his journey with Alzheimer's.
