He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Henry Kay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Wall (Nichols); his daughter Pamela Oakes (Timothy Oakes) of Chelmsford, MA; his grandchildren, Sarah, Samuel and Lily Oakes; his sister Nancy Wall of Middletown; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Belcourt of Clinton, Robert Kay (Debby) of Southlake, TX and Steven Kay (Kimberly) of Fort Worth, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
