He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Shepard and Gladys B. Shepard of Wethersfield; and his wife Barbara P. Shepard of Waterford. He is survived by: his children, B. Scott Shepard, Ethan L. Shepard and Elizabeth P. Shepard of East Hampton; and his sister Merle Salling. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 7 nieces and nephews and their children.
