He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rotundo and Rosina Rotundo; his wife Michelina Rotundo (Fazio); his daughter Frances Rotundo; and his granddaughter Olivia M. Rotundo.

He is survived by: his children, Rosa McGibney (Richard), Frank Rotundo (Meg) and Brother Luigi Rotundo (late Maryann); and his sisters, Vincenzina Perri, Antonia Fazio (late Vincenzo) and Phyllis Suma (Tony). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
