She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Blaschik and Mary Blaschik (Shea); her brother Carl; her close friend Rudolph R. Hoffmann; and her son Richard J. Hoffmann.

She is survived by: her daughter Marjorie; her brothers, Stanley and James; her daughter Marge Calltharp (Bob); her daughter-in-law Debbie; her grandchildren, Shaundra Snider, Todd Calltharp (Susan), Chad Calltharp (Deidre) and Joel Calltharp (Shannon); her godson Edward Blaschik; and her husband Rudy.
