Currie of East Haddam, Connecticut, born in Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 94, on January 13, 2024. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl W. Currie; her sisters, Irene E. Haley and Shirley A. DiRaffaele; her brothers-in-law, Robert Haley and Robert DiRaffaele; and her parents, Howard F. Lucier and Rose Lucier (Matthews).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel P. Currie (Susan) of Colchester, Cathie A. Garofalo (Arthur) of East Hampton, Hollye B. Thomas (Mark) of East Hampton and Elizabeth J. Salie (Mark) of East Haddam; and her grandchildren, Skye Garofalo (Amanda), Natalie Garofalo, Jennifer, Brian, Marissa Currie, Christopher, Trenton Thomas, Jacqueline Kelfkens (Grant) and Vincent IV Garofalo (Krista). She is also survived by Five great grandchildren and four great- great grandchildren, well as ten nieces and nephews.
