It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert George Louis Abalan Jr. of East Granby, Connecticut, who passed away on December 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Richard "Rick" Abalan; and his niece Danielle Marie Jones. He is survived by: his children, Karin Abalan (Bryan) of Winsted and Kaleb Abalan (Cassandra) of East Granby; his grandson Ryder Abalan of Winsted; his siblings, Cindy Keith of North Carolina, Jerry Jones of North Carolina and Sherri Solis of North Carolina; and his nieces, Jaime Ward of North Carolina, Victoria Scott and Nichole Abalan of Connecticut. He is also survived by three grandbabies.
