Rowe of East Granby, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Henry and Beatrice Ann Domin (LaBelle). She is survived by: her children, Ginger L. Picone (Sam) of Somers, Allen M. Rowe of Enfield and David J. Rowe of East Granby; her siblings, Walter Domin of Granby, Candice Caisse (Gregory) of Granby and Lynnell O'Meara (Mark) of Southwick, MA; her grandchildren, Whitney Maltempo of Dallas, TX, Sterling Scott (William) of Charlotte, NC, Elizabeth Rowe of Jeffersonville, VT, Matthew Rowe of Southwick, MA, Destiny Rowe of New London and Kane Rowe of Old Saybrook; and her great grandchild Windsor Lacheney. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
