He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ransom and Shirley Ransom (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ransom; his stepchildren, David Maloney and Carol Lynn Maloney; and his siblings, Donna Ryder (Lee), David Ransom, Gary Ransom (Dawnalyn) and Thomas Ransom (Laurie).
