She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Quigley and Elizabeth Quigley. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet T. Sagendorf (Herb), Karlene K. Chaput, Elaine Baarlaer and Karen Kriss (Michael); and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great Great-Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Agnes's memory may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, Attn.
