He is survived by: his parent Evangeline Holigan (Bourgoise); his children, Kathy Wagner, John Wagner of Lyme, Maureen Cepelak, Robert Cepelak of Mansfield, Thomas Holigan III of Broad Brook and Colleen Holigan of Bowdoin, ME; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Shannon, Thomas IV, Cory and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Billy, Jack, Charlotte, Shaun, Thomas, Nathan and Zack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
