He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Frank Kielb and Leon Czaja. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Czaja and Lisa Czaja (Kielb) of Middletown; his girlfriend Jackie Steele; and his grandparents, Elizabeth Kielb of Middletown, Sheeren, Paul Fleury of Waterbury, CT and Brenda Czaja of Bloomville, NY. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
