She was predeceased by: her husband John McCarthy; her parents, Settimio Margnelli and Albina Margnelli (Fiora); and her brother Leo Margnelli. She is survived by: her children, Tom McCarthy (Maureen) of Berlin and Kathleen Anderson (Darren) of East Berlin; her brother Norman Margnelli (Shirley) of Berlin; and her grandchildren, Taylor Anderson, Jordan Anderson, Kelsie Anderson, Jake McCarthy and Michael McCarthy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
