He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Louis and Irene Duval (Morin). He is survived by: his wife Harriet Duval (Stevens); his daughter Sandra Duval of Meriden; his stepsons, Brian Russell (Virginia Raymond) of Storrs, Duane Russell (Denise) of Portland and Bruce Russell (Hope) of Townsend, DE; his stepgranddaughter Kelley Russell Luzey (Ross); and also, Luca and Amelia.
