“It is with such sadness that this news is received. Please know that Ray was a much loved member of the dance communities in the Hartford area. He was a tango student of mine for many years but we also danced West Coast Swing together. In these past few months it lit my heart to see him when he was able to come out. I made sure to ask him to save a dance for me each time. His kindness and his happy heart will be remembered. Ray's passing is a great loss for the many of us who loved him.”
