He was predeceased by: his grandfather William O'Keefe. He is survived by: his parents, Christian V. O'Keefe and Ana Maria O'Keefe (Almeida); his sister Isabella M. O'Keefe; his grandparents, Manuel, Rosa Almeida of Cumberland, RI and Vicky O'Keefe of North Haven; his aunt Cristina; his uncle Steven Almeida; and his cousins, Chloe, Max and Gavin Almeida.
