It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Jordan of Durham, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Manning and Hazel Manning (Peterson); and her siblings, Pauline, Frances Fernald (Jim), Dorothy and Joseph (Bonnie).
She is survived by: her husband William Carroll Jordan; her sons, David (Jody) of Sarasota, FL, Mark (Lisa Careau) of Northampton, MA and Bill (Kristen) of Fulshear, TX.; her grandsons, Daniel (Lauren Woodard) of New Haven, CT, Zachary (Sarah) of Nashville, TN, Ben Jordan-Careau (Jen) of Medway, MA, Tyler Jordan of Boston, MA and Connor Jordan of Southborough, MA; her stepgranddaughters, Melissa Davenport of Houston, TX and Angie Davenport of Tallahassee, FL.; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Woodard Jordan of New Haven, CT and Margaret Morel Jordan (Maggie) of Nashville, TN..
