He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Page and Sonia Page (Pask). He is survived by: his children, Adam S. Page (Heather) of Plainville and Christy A. Page of Durham; his grandchildren, Sonia and Dexter Page; and his sisters, Ann Page of Durham and Roberta Kieronski (Joseph) of Concord, NH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
