He is survived by: his wife Irmgard Scalise (Konzog); his daughter Ingrid Scalise of Middletown; his sister MaryAnne Rapuano; his granddaughters, Stephanie Civetelli and Christina Civetelli Joseph; and his great grandchild Sage Joseph.
