She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Hine and Carry Hine; and her brothers, Richard of Florida and William Hine of Florida. She is survived by: her husband George Forline of Durham; her stepdaughter Kristine Forline; her grandchildren, Robert Stannard, Courtney Turner and Brandon Turner; and her sisters, Marilyn Panciera (Ronald) of Florida and Marguerite Goodle of Massachusetts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
