He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Woznick Hayton; his parents, Adelbert Hayton and Marion Peck Watts; and his siblings, Dwight, Roy, Marvin, Butch Hayton, Beverly Vecchitto, Clara, Ruthie and Janet Hayton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia A. Venice (Robert) of Cheshire and Jessica L. Hayton (Robert Sensale) of Wallingford; and his grandsons, Ryan Venice of Cheshire and Mark Venice of Miami, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
