He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Deegan and Noreen Coppinger Deegan of Ansonia. He is survived by: his grandsons, Anthony Deegan of Bridgeport and Micheal Rucker Jr. of Derby; and his great grandchildren, Samaya Ramos of Derby, Melanie Deegan of Massachusetts, Mason Deegan of Florida and Yas'Marie Lynn Negron of Bridgeport.
