He was predeceased by: his son Peter A. Cacchillo, III; and his brothers, John, Jerry and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Cacchillo (Cerritelli); his daughter Lisa Czajkowski (Frank); his grandchildren, Renee Porto (Christopher), Heather Cerasale (Matthew) and Frank Czajkowski; his great grandchildren, Gianna and Christopher Porto; his brothers, Robert Cacchillo (Dotti) and Perry Cacchillo (Joanne); and his sister-in-law Mary Cacchillo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
