It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Gaetano of Derby, Connecticut, born in Ansonia, Connecticut, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Gaetano Sr.; her children, Thomas Gaetano Jr. and Gail Filipowich; her parents, Alexander Bryce and Margaret Dunbar Bryce; her siblings, Margaret, Alexander, John, William, James, Andrew, Robert and Edward; and her great grandchild Luciano Filipowich.
She is survived by: her child Beverly Tontini (Joseph); her sisters-in-law, Carol Joyce and Lillian Bryce; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Tontini, Kevin Gaetano (Krissy), Elizabeth L'heureux (Jonathan), Dawn Christo (Eric), Zachary Filipowich, Brian Gaetano (Rebecca) and Tyler Filipowich; and her great grandchildren, Makayla, Jacob Christo, Ella, Maddison Filipowich, Bryce, Aubrey Gaetano and Noelle L'heureux.
