She was predeceased by: her husband Cyril Hinkson; her parents, John Norwood and Violet Norwood (Bryant); and her siblings, Albert Norwood and Ivoryne Lepri.

She is survived by: her children, William Hinkson, Amy Hinkson and David Hinkson; her grandsons, Barry Hinkson and William Hinkson, Jr. (Kimberly O'Neil); and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Aron and Cary Hinkson.
