He was predeceased by: his daughter Montana Macey; his mother Margo A. Macey; and his grandparents, Frederick, Marion Rouff, Margaret and John Macey.

He is survived by: his daughter Willow; his father John S. Macey, Sr.; his siblings, JoAnn Swett, Joseph Terry, Jackie Macey and Fred Macey; and his daughter Shelley Macaluso.
