He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean F. Kudrak Chrzanowski. He is survived by: his sons, Jon Chrzanowski (Jodi) of Ansonia and Justin Chrzanowski of South Dakota; his sister Carol Clark of Seymour; and his granddaughters, Senia and Natalee Chrzanowski of Ansonia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home (167 Wakelee Ave, Ansonia, CT 06401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
