He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dennis F. Lombard Sr. and Jane Morris Lombard; his wife Barbara Bergen Lombard; his brother Dennis F. Lombard Jr. (Dunfrey Lombard) of West End, NC; and his sister-in-law Linda Sautter of Oxford, CT. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
