She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Adamczyk; her parents, Andrew Narowski and Anna Ozimek Narowski; her son-in-law James Macedo; her siblings, Dr. John J. Narowski, Stanley, Edward, Roman "Ray" Narowski, Dr. Cecelia Narowski and Mary Grabarz, RN; and her sister-in-law Stanislawa "Stella" Psuja.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Macedo of Norwalk, Ann Marie Minnigerode (Keith) of Florida and Michael Adamczyk (Karen) of Florida; her grandchildren, Colleen Macedo, Jimmy Macedo (Chelsea), Victoria Adamczyk and Michael Adamczyk (Audree); and her cousin Helen Stankevitch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
