She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Balisciano Sr.; her parents, Roy Blow and Eva Mombleau Blow; her sons, Thomas, Robert and Edward J. Jr. "Chuck" Balisciano; her siblings, Louis, Paul, Gordon Blow, Madeline Ely and Rita Craig; and her grandson Joseph Balisciano.
She is survived by: her children, James Balisciano (Betty) of Ansonia, David Balisciano of Derby and Donna Laraway (Stephen) of Queen Creek, AZ; and her grandchildren, Patricia Balisciano of Shelton, Ashley Balisciano of Ansonia, James Balisciano of Naugatuck, Josh Balisciano of Southbury, Jayce Balisciano (Laura) of Monroe, Joel Balisciano of Naugatuck and Amanda Kling (Matthew) of Gilbert, AZ. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
