He was predeceased by: his father Leo Moscato. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Kiley (Coscia); his brother Joshua Moscato; his stepfather Greg Kiley; his uncle John Coscia (Phil Brunetti); his aunt Annette Frank (James); his stepmother Gemma Moscato; his aunts, Christine O'Connell (Dennis) and Rosemarie Main; his cousins, Shannon Donovan (Emmett), Christopher McCabe, Jr., Ryan O'Connell (Alyse), Lauren O'Connell, Alex Main and Matthew Main; and his friend James Cobaugh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Elliott Moscato Scholarship Fund to benefit graduating students from Emmett O'Brien Technical High School pursuing a career in Precision Machining Technology.
