He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waters and Patricia Waters. He is survived by: his significant other Floyd Hound; his siblings, Peggy Leland of Illinois, Edward Waters of Virginia, Jennifer Klipfel of California and Katherine Furfey of Florida; and also Catahoula Hound. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
