She was predeceased by: her husband William Carey; her parents, William Knight and Ruth Knight; her son William Carey; and her sisters, Jaqueline Greco and Patricia Shamer.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Carey (Gaye) and Alison Carey; her granddaughters, Sarah Carey, Valerie Rader (Brandon), Melissa Perkins and Kristin Charest (Jameson); her great grandchildren, Bennett, Blakely, Brielle Rader, Evan Palyo, Bentley, Logan and Elyse Charest; and her caregivers, Elizabeth and Katrina.
