She was predeceased by: her husband Walter M. Ptak; her parents, Joseph Celella and Angela Marie Celella (Lavorgna); her son Michael; and her siblings, Dominick, Philomena and Vincenza.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela; her son-in-law Joseph Gambaccini of Madison; her children, Walter Ptak (Marianne) of Derby and Michelle Herring of Shelton; her grandchildren, Joseph (Gayle), Jennifer (Alex), Melissa, Michael (Nika), Angela (David), Jason and Irene; her great grandchildren, Danielle, Elise, Nathaniel, Hope, Dominic, Amari and Isabella; and her sister Ann (Carmen DiLisio) of Derby. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Social distancing and masks are required to attend the service.
