He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Barlow Coulter; his sister Elizabeth Fauteux (Norbert) of Palmer, MA; his children, Scott Coulter (Kathleen) of Norwalk, Todd Coulter (Kelly) of Southington and Kim Gage (Dan) of Millersville, MD; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Jack, Patrick Coulter, Ashley, Sarah Mafale, Caroline, Annie and Cate Gage.
