He was predeceased by: his son Sonny Stebbins; and his parents, William Stebbins and Barbara Stebbins. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his pet Nike; his daughters, Donna Nelson (Keith), Terri Savino (Vito) and Marcia-Lee Crilly (Charles); his grandchildren, Todd Nelson (Kristy), Eric Nelson (Theresa Furbish), Ashley Savino (Tyler Saunders), Kyle Savino, Logan-Tory Burdick, Jake Burdick and Charlie Crilly; his great grandchild Grayson Nelson; and his brothers, Dave and Rick Stebbins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Deep River Historical Society and the Deep River Fire Department and Ambulance Association.
