He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Smith and Dorothy Smith (Van Brussel); and his brothers, Robert, Donald and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith (Rondeau); his siblings, William, Howard, Norman, Wendell and Dorothy; his daughter Alicia Janschewitz; and his grandchildren, Cody, Bethany, Robert, Keilani and Bacilio (TJ). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
