He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Yater and Kim Smith (Leroy); his wife Danielle Labossiere of Dayville, CT; his children, Olivia Yater of Dayville, CT, Jackson Yater of Dayville, CT, Rachel Yater of Dayville, CT and Ava Yater of Dayville, CT; and his siblings, Joe Yater of Pittsburgh, PA, John Yater of Putnam, CT and Barbara Yater of Norwich, CT. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
