We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2019, at the age of 56, Robert Allen Billings (Dayville, Connecticut), born in Putnam, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Cote; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Colette Damuth (Cee Jae); his daughters, Caitlin Phillips of Putnam and Kelsey Kegel (Billings) of Plainfield; and his stepson Vincent Leatham. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
