He is survived by: his wife Nancy Horsfield (Swanson); his children, Scott Horsfield (Lisa) of Tolland, CT, Lauren, Sharon Kelley, Michael of Warwick, RI, Thomas (Augustine), Matthew (Ashley), Jonathan (Juliette), Cynthia Topliff (Walter) of Pomfret, CT, Melissa, Eric, Colleen, Jennifer Mines of Ridgefield, CT, Timothy, Andrew, Daniel and Benjamin; and his great grandchildren, Jonah and Elijah Kelley.
