He was predeceased by: his father Cranston Archer Briggs. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Bean Briggs; his pets, Lily and Jack; his sister Barbara Briggs Scripps (Sebastian) of New Canaan, CT; his son James Briggs of Danielson; his grandson Briceson Briggs; and his nieces, Katherine and Julia Scripps. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
