He was predeceased by: his parent John Sinkiewicz. He is survived by: his spouse Theresa Sinkiewicz (Valk); his parent Anna Sinkiewicz (Couch); his children, John P. Sinkiewicz (Linda), Elaine S. Martell, David M. Sinkiewicz (Marie) and Mark A. Sinkiewicz; and his siblings, Donald Sinkiewicz, Lorraine Fazzina (George), Gerald Sinkiewicz (Jean) and Shirley McCarthy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
