He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ethridge (Renee Martel-Ethridge) of Dayville; his cousins, Jimmy, Tom, Todd and Janel; his sister Lee (Fred); his nephews, Beck and Grayson Weber of Essex; his stepdaughters, Jacqueline Martel and Jennifer Provost; his grandchildren, Madilyn, Kaelyn, Karlee, Jaxson, Jace and Jaylah Rae; and his pets, Kemmie and Harmony.
