He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy Meseck of Putnam, CT. He is survived by: his father Joseph Giguere of Hawaii; his siblings, Ginny Benoit (Jacob Benoit) of Dayville, Ron Meseck of Willimantic and Tad Elie of Dayville; his nieces and nephews, Angel, Lucas, Taylor, Madison and Kayleigh; his brothers, Brandon, Robert and Jesse Giguere; his grandmother Phyllis Baker; his aunt Marguerite Gallant; and his friend Charles. He is also survived by aunts and uncles on his father's side, his three fathers.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made in Charlie's honor towards the funeral expenses.
