She was predeceased by: her mother Janet Tellier; and her son Joseph James Perticone III. She is survived by: her father Francis Tellier; her daughters, Lacey, Lexie, Hollis and Isabelle; her sister Nan Van; her sibling-in-law Velde (Murphy); her nieces and nephews, Murphy, Jack and Sophie; her sister Sheila Nottebohm (Johann); and her nieces and nephews, Johann, Annabel and Fritz.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to The Learning Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that 90% of all students in Indian River can read at grade level by 3rd grade. Donations can also be made to VNA Hospice, a compassionate organization that provides care and support to those in need during their final days.
