He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perrone and Pauline Madore Perrone; and his sisters, Carol Arenburg and Grace Cammeyer. He is survived by: his wife Diane Rinaldi Perrone of Darien; his daughters, Damara O'Neill (John) of Darien and Rebecca Docimo (Michael) of Stamford; his grandsons, Connor, Aiden, Kai O'Neill and Jake Docimo; his brothers, Robert Perrone (Joan) and Mark Perrone; and his siblings-in-law, Miss Peggy (Chap Thomson) and Frank Rinaldi.

Family requests that donations be made in Richard's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project or Make-a-Wish Connecticut.
