He is survived by: his wife Marcella; his children, Matthew Criscuolo Jr. (Krizstina), Joe Criscuolo (Agnes) and Tina (Dan); his siblings, Camilla Derosa, Carmela Pane and Luca Criscuolo; and his grandchildren, Julian Criscuolo, Sara Criscuolo, Siena Criscuolo and Scarlett Douglas.

He would appreciate any donations to be remitted to the National Kidney Foundation (https://www.kidney.org) in his name.
