He was predeceased by: his father John Isaac Roney; his stepfather Lester Giegerich; his cousin Valerie Janlois; and his grandparents, William, Viola Ransco, Regina Gershowitz and Eli Roney (Romy).
He is survived by: his sister Joan Elizabeth Roney; his stepsiblings, Brenda Giegerich, Marsha Torkleson, Joseph and Roy Gabay; his stepmother Marcia Roney; and his cousins, Judy Lenzi, Susie Kreyer, Andy Ransco, Elin Roney, Paula Roney and Janice Edinburgh.
