She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Theodore Frederick Shaker (Ted); her parents, Mildred Mitchell and John Seng; her stepmother Adine; her sister Adine; her children, Susan of Darien, Ted, Jr. (Sheryl) of South Burlington and John of Stamford, Connecticut; her grandchildren, Peter Stant, Alex Stant, Tyler Brownlee (Kerry), Molly Shaker, Grace Shaker, Will Shaker, Chris Shaker and Sara Shaker; her sister Carol; her nieces, Carol Carmichael Geyer, Laura Carmichael Smith and Katherine Carmichael; and her nephew Robert Carmichael. She was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
