We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2021, at the age of 84, Eileen Pomponi of Darien, Connecticut, born in Stamford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Burke and Margaret Bonner Burke. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Pomponi (Tony); her son Stephen G. Pomponi (Amy) of Weston; her grandchild Clair Clements (Tom); her daughter Susan Schwarz (David); her grandchildren, Matthew and Caroline Schwarz; her son Jeffrey Pomponi (Bonnie) of Norwalk; her grandsons, Max and Jake Pomponi; her great grandchild Christopher Pomponi of Darien; her sister Marilyn Wajert (Richard) of Bethel; and her sisters-in-law, Joan McGee of Rowayton, Janet Burke and Alma Pomponi of Bedford, MA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Eileen's memory to Bennett Cancer Center, 3 Hospital Plaza, Stamford, CT 06904.
